Prophet Israel Genesis Clear the air, as stray bullet hits Lanre Teriba on social media for disrespecting him

It all happened at Dele Gold's wake-keeping service in Lagos on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, when Lanre Teriba, also known as 'Atorise,' a gosple music artiste called out on the respected man of God, Prophet Dele Ogundipe of Genesis Global as if he was talking to one of his band boys.

        

After the prophet delivered a food for thought message which indicate great volume of God's presence at the wake keep. Event turned around when Lanre Teriba mounted the podium to entertain the crowd and shout out to the prophet asking him, Prophet Genesis to come back to the podium. 

Lanre Teriba while addressing Prophet Genesis said, 'Dele, my friend come back to the podium and turning to the crowd, he said, Dele is my friend, We both disagree to agree and no matter how long, we shall settle amicably,' Dele oko Shola, meaning, Dele Shola husband come and join me here.

 

Although, the man of God did not say anything but the people's court did justice to the matter on social media, a place where Lanre Atorise was hit by several stray bullets from aggrieved fans of Prophet Genesis.

Clearing the air on the issue, in response to a question, Prophet Genesis said people should stop throwing stones at Atorise all because they feel he addressed him in a rude manner because two wrong cannot make a right.

According to him, people were brought up differently and it may be a style adopted by gospel musicians but for me,i cannot address him that way. We evangelise differently and we both work for God but our character can never be the same.

Prophet Genesis said,  I totally disagree there was a fight between myself and Atorise because i cannot even say precisely what lead him to do the video he did to slam me then because i did not mention anyone in my video. I delibrately didn't reply him then because  i feel  there  was no need   to  and   this coming  again in  the  same manner he was addressing me in his video.

Prophey Dele has implore people on social media to let the matter rest as no one attach title to Jesus name. Jesus taught us to be humble,meek and gentle ' I had  met King  Sunny Ade,Chief Ebenezer Obey even Uncle Shina Peters several time, I always reserve respect for them and they always reciprocate but  like i said earlier, we all come from different background.
